RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, returning your order is simple.

Returns

- You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@willy-beatrix.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Send your item using the instructions we provide, including a tracking code.
3. Receive your refund within 14 business days after we receive your item in good condition.

Cancellations

- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- If you'd like to return an item, please follow the return process above.

Important

- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns based on customer preference, shipping costs are your responsibility.
