Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery

- Average delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
- In rare cases, delays of 2 to 3 additional days may occur due to stock availability.
- If a package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.
- Free shipping with a tracking number on all orders.

Track Your Order

- Your tracking code is included in your order confirmation email.
- Tracking activates once the package reaches the courier. Occasionally delays or glitches may appear, but your package is still on its way.

Returns and Exchanges

- You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, in original condition with all tags attached.
- Contact us at info@willy-beatrix.com before returning an item to register your request.
- All returns must include a tracking code; the sender is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return in good condition.
- Returns based on customer preference (wrong size, change of mind) require you to cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Products

- Contact us at info@willy-beatrix.com with your order number and photo or video evidence.
- Once verified, we'll send you a free replacement (no need to return the damaged item).

Cancellations

- Due to fast order processing, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.

- We are not responsible for refused deliveries or uncollected packages; these are not eligible for refunds.
